You can connect to the Internet with your acount nationwide, by utilizing any web-enabled computing device. Internet access is accessible from your home, office, hotel, etc. - whether you are around the corner, or across the country. All you have to do is make sure that you have programmed a local dialup number into the Dialup Networking or Internet Setup Assistant on your computer. Remember, many hotels and business offices require that you dial a specific digit, such as 9, to reach an outside line. It is your responsibility to very that the local dialup number is a local call. In some cases, a hotel may charge you an additional fee to access an outside line. You are responsible for any telephone charges incurred as a result of your selection

How many hours per month of Internet access do I receive with my Internet account?
We are proud to offer unlimited dialup Internet access to all subscribers; provided, however, that your use of our services are within the scope of the terms and conditions of the Acceptable Use Policy.
Be advised that our Internet services are designed for a consumer market and to be used by the average Internet access user, and not meant for subscribers in search of an "always on" connection with excessive idle time and long periods of inactivity or web-surfing, searching and browsing

Who should I contact if I want to make changes to my account?
With our Internet service, you can make most account changes and updates online. All you have to do is login to your subcriber web-portal and account by entering your username and password on the Customer Login. Then, just click the "My Account" link on the top of the page to access your information, and follow the simple, easy-to-use directions. All information will be e-mailed to you after signup.

Do I have to download any software to use the Internet service?
No. All of the software required to access the Internet is already loaded and installed on your computer. For Windows-based operating systems, your Internet connection can be setup with Dialup Networking. However, using the Internet Dialer can help you create your connection to the Internet.

If you use a Macintosh computer or operating system, your Internet connection can be setup by using the Internet Setup Assistant.

What is V.92 access, and why is it faster and more reliable?
It is a technologically advanced modem specification that provides new features that add convenience and performance including quick connect, modem-on-hold, PCM Upstream and download compression.

Quick connect allows customers to connect to the Internet in less than half the time (under 12 seconds, as compared to 25-27 seconds with conventional dialup access).

Modem-on-hold allows you to receive an incoming call and stay connected to the Internet simultaneously. It also works in reverse; you can initiate a call and stay connected.

PCM Upstream boosts the upstream data rates between your telephone line and the ISP network, which allows for faster uploading of email attachments.

Download compression allows customers to search and "surf" the Internet at speeds of 20-60% faster than conventional dialup access.
Is my computer V.92 compatible? How do I find out?
It is possible that your computer is compatible with V.92 technology, as this has been available in the market for a few years now. If you have a newer modem, then it is probably compatible. If your modem does not currently support V.92 technology, then you may want to contact the manufacturer of your modem for an updated version of the modem driver. Many companies offer this driver upgrade free-of-charge, or at a minimal fee to customers. Just install the driver, and you can begin accessing V.92 technology.

How do I access my subscriber web-portal and online account interface?
When you signup for our Internet service, you will need to choose a username and password to complete the order. This username and password will be required to access your subscriber web-portal. On this website, you will see a form with a blank field for username and password. Please enter your username and password in the boxes provided, and hit "Login" to access your account interface and web-portal.

Is there a local dialup number in my area?
We provide Internet access in over 10,000 communities and growing at a steady rate. How many e-mail addresses do I get with my subscription?
We currently provide three email addresses, per Internet account. This allows you to have three separate and unique email addresses for other family members, colleagues and associates, separate business or personal accounts, or for any other reasons. If you need more than three email addresses, there are websites on the Internet that provide free, secure email addresses for your convenience.

What type of anti-spam/anti-virus protection do I receive with your Internet service?
With our Internet service, every email account receives general protection from harmful and/or annoying email messages. We have installed sophisticated technologies and software in our email systems and servers to prevent the most common-forms of SPAM and computer viruses, thereby reducing the number of unwanted email messages. It blocks most viruses and forbids most SPAM violators from sending email to our customers. Please note that we can not guarantee the effectiveness or quality of the anti-spam and anti-virus protection; however, it has made a great impact in our defense of unwanted, harmful and/or obscene email messages.

What operating systems do you support?
We are an Internet service provider (ISP) that provides access to the Internet for customers. Our Internet service will work with any virtually any device and any operating system; providing that you have the ability to dialup to the Internet, we can most-likely provide you with the Internet access that you require. If you have Windows, Linux, Lindows, Macintosh or any other operating system; we can become your dialup ISP. We provide support and offer our Internet dialer to any customer with a Windows operating system, so they can simply and easily connect to the Internet.
